|You are the first point of contact together with your colleagues in the IT Technical Department, managing IT related requests incl. workplace management.|
|You assist customers with our application program interface (API) and provide 1st and 2nd line support to end users with our APIs.|
|You monitor all requests in our CRM tool (Sugar) for a fluent handling process.|
|You will work closely and act as a liaison between departments such as Sales and Customer Service.|
|You aid the team in identifying the root cause of issues for customers and alongside your line manager to ensure there are lesson learned from takeaways.|
|You have a bachelor´s degree in computer science or similar.|
|You know what an API is, you understand its usefulness and have already worked with APIs.|
|Knowledge of any coding languages like Python, PHP etc.|
|You are no stranger to the following terms: HTTP protocol, REST API, OAuth2, JSON.|
|You are a self-starter and you are able to work well within a team and individually. You are able to influence without authority within and outside of the business.|
|You are a team player and always have the team in mind in your way of working.|
|You are interested in working in international e-commerce logistics, curious and always looking for ways to bring efficiencies to a process.|
|You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.|
