IT Business Analyst / Project Manager - Data & Customer Experience
Reporting to Asendia’s Global IT team, you will be managing projects including major IT allotments and you will perform business & IT analyses to support the development of business challenges and IT solution design. You will also ensure the successful management of change requests within our logistics and ecommerce portfolio around the globe. You will conduct your mission involving the subsidiaries of Asendia. You will join an international team of specialists in Berne and Paris.

Your Tasks
| • You will manage or contribute to projects from opportunity phase until the delivery. |
| • You ensure the feasibility analysis of business requirements as part of project or change management. |
| • You provide other business teams with your expertise as IT business analyst (IT services and change requests). |
| • You make recommendations on any topic that requires data analysis, data modelling and data workflow organization. |
| • You organize the project development, tests phases and release to production. |
| • You size and organize the daily business organization to support the new applications and ensure the handover . |
| • You provide as Service Owner daily support to users in compliancy with SLA |

• You collaborate with third party IT providers and cooperate with the Business Owners or Service Owners of the Asendia IT services and propose improvements in the execution and delivery of the services. |
Your Profile
| • You have a degree in the Information Technology field with 3+ years of professional experience in a Business Analyst role related on business applications management or project management. |
| • Formal certifications or knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, Agile or similar methodologies are a plus. |
| • You have strong skills in data analysis, data modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as data process design. |
| • You have very good knowledge in Customer Experience topics : CRM, customer portal, UX design |
| • You have good knowledge on Power BI or similar tools |
| • You have a positive attitude and are always eager for new challenges. You enjoy working autonomously and as part of a team. Your colleagues can always rely on you. |
| • Experiences of working with internal, partners and external consultants on projects are part of your profile. |
| • You speak fluent English as this is our business language. Any other language is an advantage. |
