As a Team Leader Operations /Quality Manager you will be working for Asendia Benelux in the Operations Department. Your mission will be to take the needed actions to ensure a smooth process for the daily operations processes. Additionally, you will be involved in improvement measure and consider new trends, technology, and automation solutions to enhance the operations process alongside your line manager. In undertaking these tasks, you will at the same time closely monitor the quality of all daily domestic and international transports and lead times across the world. The goal is to obtain a great customer experience. As an operations supervisor your actions are very important within the organization, and towards our customers, touching upon all different processes and departments. Within a continually changing organization it is important to be flexible and at the same time see improvement possibilities to bring the operations delivery to a higher level.
